Please Note:
• We prioritize our gift-giving donations of tickets and subscriptions to those who are current subscribers to the Civic Light Opera of South Bay Cities/The Hermosa Beach Playhouse. So please state so in your request by giving us your name and series number.
• All requests are to be made in writing to Civic Light Opera of South Bay Cities, c/o Donation Request, PO Box 1157, Redondo Beach, CA 90278.
• All requests need to be on fund-raising stationery and appropriate information, like non-profit status, 95 numbers, foundation status, and/or LA County legal fund-raising permit information, should be included as well.
• Give us at least 30 days notice from the date of the event.
• As a non-profit, we are not chartered nor able to use our funds to make cash contributions for any reason.
• Our items should never be used for door prizes as we believe that is the domain of coffee mugs, ball caps, tee-shirts, key chains, and refrigerator magnets not first class theatre tickets.
